As a Senior Assistant Psychologist at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, I contribute to the delivery of high-quality psychological services to people with complex mental health needs. I work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, providing assessment, formulation, intervention, and evaluation for a diverse range of clients.I have a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, where I developed strong research and analytical skills, as well as a solid foundation in psychological theory and practice. I have also completed a Mental Health First Aid certification, which enhanced my knowledge and skills in supporting people in distress. I am proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I use to help clients cope with their challenges and achieve their goals. I also conduct clinical audits and present the findings and recommendations to improve the quality of care and outcomes.I am passionate about mental health and well-being, and I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of the people I work with. I am a bubbly and friendly person, who can build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues. I am also a committed and conscientious worker, who is ambitious, competent, and enthusiastic.
