In my role as Global Relationship Manager for Richardson, I consult and collaborate with clients globally on solutions that will elevate sales capabilities across the entire sales cycle from increasing pipeline to winning opportunities and expanding existing relationships. Working with companies of all sizes across industry sectors, I have learned how critical it is to gain a full understanding of each organization and its vision for the future to ensure our recommendations produce concrete business results. Richardson is how leading sales organizations around the world are getting better results from their investment in sales training. For far too long, companies have had to deal with a big disconnect between their training and their real results in the field. We connect metrics to behaviors, training to outcomes and sellers to their best performance. Outside of the office, I am passionate about theatre and living in New York City have the benefit of going often. A close second is tennis which I follow on the grand slam and local tournament levels though much to my chagrin, my own skill at tennis leaves a lot to be desired.
