About Rory Alan Bennett

A Bridge Between Cultures Passionate about people and languages, I help diverse teams thrive in multicultural environments. Since immersing myself in Japanese language and culture in 2008, I've become a fluent speaker, reader, and even writer with the highest level JLPT, as well as BJT and Kanken certifications. But my journey goes beyond textbooks. I discovered a need and a talent for bringing people together. Building bridges, not just skills. Recognizing the clashes which occur in highly diverse workplaces and industries, and the high turnover this results in, I took it upon myself to help new team members adapt to the company culture and professional life in Japan. While honing my skills, I transitioned to the eCommerce industry, where my passion for people took center stage. Now, I oversee training, event coordination, and support for our diverse, multilingual workforce. The future is multicultural.
