About Rosa Lee

I am an accomplished clinician educator in undergraduate and graduate medical programs with expertise in the creation and accreditation of new, mission-driven medical schools. I work to develop, implement, and evaluate rigorous curriculum to produce culturally-competent physicians who are prepared to practice in diverse healthcare environments, and strengthen support systems to maximize retention and success of diverse trainees. I am a skilled leader, communicator, and consensus builder among faculty, staff, and students.
