Currently at ADP, I serve as a Salesforce Technical SME and Lead QA Engineer, driving enterprise-level quality strategy across Service Cloud initiatives for multiple business units, including Small Business. I lead cross-functional QA efforts, define test strategy and automation roadmaps, and actively contribute to bi-weekly releases through hands-on testing and automation. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams, I support intake discussions, ensure release readiness, and validate complex integrations, including Voice and Digital Engagement, against real end systems.Previously at NH DHHS, I was part of a transformative program modernizing child welfare platforms by replacing legacy systems with Salesforce-based solutions. Working at the intersection of cloud computing, agile delivery, and data-driven quality, our team delivered user-centered, scalable services that improved outcomes for critical child welfare initiatives.
