Philosophy: My nutrition philosophy in based on a functional medicine framework which addresses the underlying causes of disease, using a systems based approach to tackle health concerns. A passionate foodie, I enjoy inspiringmy patients with healthy, wholesome and delicious meal and snack ideas. Before studying nutrition, I trained and worked as an actress in New York, Los Angeles and London. It was whilst living in L.A I became excited and inspired about health and well-being, which subsequently ignited my enthusiasm for cooking (and eating!) healthy, wholesome and satisfying food. I love creating tantalizing and innovative dishes which are sure to satisfy and delight every eagerly awaiting taste-bud. She is also a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CHHC). I am excited about empowering individuals to take care of yourself by making informed, delicious and nutritious food choices which will get you glowing from the inside out!
