I have enjoyed a career in the field of accessibility and education for the past 25 years. As Director of Accessibility Services at the University of Waterloo, I have had the opportunity to connect with faculty from many academic disciplines, to supervise a team of multi-disciplinary professionals and supported students with disabilities from across the globe in pursuit of their academic and career aspirations. It has been a privilege to collaborate with colleagues from across the University sector, local, provincial and Federal governments to change the landscape of accessibility in the province of Ontario.
