About Ross McCammon

I have over 25 years experience as a transportation engineer and am currently Stantec's South Island Transportation Group Manager. In this role I provide team leadership, business management, client service, technical delivery and business development roles for Stantec I'm committed to maintaining a high standard of work, quality and service for my clients both at a personal level and for the project teams and staff I'm responsible for. I have a track record of motivating and managing line and project staff with a collaborative philosophy towards delivering the right outcome. My professional strengths (I think) are a strong underlining work ethic and a desire to constantly improve my performance in whatever situation. I'm tenacious and resilient when things get tough yet can remain optimistic and positive for those around me. When the business or staff are at risk.that is where I go. I'm results orientated. It's what drives my efforts every day. Effectively that drive is for productivity and outcomes for my clients, my business and staff I am responsible for. I also have a pretty good sense of humour.or at least I think I do!
