I built my first website in 1998. Since then, I’ve tackled:> Strategy > Service design > User Experience > Product design (UI)> Facilitation > Creative Direction > Leadership I've been fortunate to apply this to leading organisations, and I’ve loved every minute. My happy place is leading big projects, pushing boundaries with the latest technologies, and applying best practices. That said, I do love smaller freelance projects too. I've had some great success by using user-centred, data-driven, collaborative, and tasteful design. Businesses I've worked with value delivery which has maximum impact, is on time, and on budget. I’m also a hell of a lot of fun to work with.
