Design leader.Currently on a mission to make service design cool again-Hey, I’m Ross I’m an award-winning designer, with 17+ years experience. 14 years have been spent as contractor or consultant.I built my first website in 1998 @ 13yrs old.I won my first design award in 2002. Since then, I’ve tackled:> Strategy> Service design> User Experience> Product design (UI)> Sprints> Facilitation> Creative Direction> LeadershipI've been fortunate enough to apply this to leading organisations, and I’ve loved every minute.My happy place is leading design for big projects, pushing boundaries, creating playbooks, frameworks, and best practices. I do love smaller freelance projects too. I've had some great success by applying user-centred, data-driven, collaborative, and tasteful design.Organisations I work with value my delivery which has maximum impact, is on time, and on budget. I’m also a hell of a lot of fun to work with, I create huge infectious energy, and have a good EQ.My experience spans Energy, Retail, Mobility, Gaming, FinTech, Travel, Social Media, Management Consulting, Sport, Beauty, Non-profit, and Telco. you name it, I’ve probably transformed it.
