With over a decade of experience building and growing innovation businesses, introducing new technologies to market, and building global partnerships, I have a track record of creating value and impact. Before joining Terrafend, I led the establishment and growth of BenLink's UK business, a digitally enabled field service provider for the European F&B industry. This experience allowed me to contribute to the global team as we grew from a standing start to achieve >$6 million turnover, shaping new services, evaluating opportunities, and supporting digital platform development. Having also served as a consultant and advisor for startups and scale-ups across the US and UK, I bring a wealth of insights in innovation strategy, new product development, and business growth. My journey reflects a commitment to driving sustainable solutions and creating positive change by building a managing high-performing teams, giving them the tools to excel.
