About Rowena Ricalde

As a person who is oriented in all the aspects of corporate and business industries via knowledge management, marketing, sales, operations, human resources, finance and legal, I am highly-skilled in adapting to stressful and dynamic environments. I am a very quick learner of any platform used in a project as I have a background in computer programming. I handled various family businesses and encountered civil, criminal, labor and corporate cases during my years in one of the top law firms in the Philippines, hence I work well with multinational clients and projects which have very tight deadlines. In contrast, being currently based in the Netherlands, my international work experience has revolved around non-profit organization work as senior project coordinator, programme manager for asia pacific for a child rights' organization and knowledge management facilitator for a sustainable livelihoods network. Finally, my volunteer work involves empowerment of migrant workers through leadership and social entrepreneurship.
