I have held many different roles of increasing responsibility, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the field. I believe in getting everyone on the team involved creating ownership and results. I develop win-win relationships. While presenting, I made the room, including the company president, join me in a cheer. Achievements Include: • Sold product into world’s largest retailer. • Raised my region’s sales from 3rd to 1st within 6 months. • Presold software that failed to launch. • Delivered efficacy and cross functional teamwork. • Improved forecasting so much that customer claimed it’s the “best it’s ever been”. • Created an ROI analysis tool reducing wasteful spending. • Improved supply chain forecasting achieving 97% delivery accuracy, lowering customer’s DSS by 62%. I volunteered to be on the SAP implementation team and be a trainer. I had product made and imported from India and China. I successfully created and managed many multi-million dollar budgets. I like teaching and guiding, I coached 10+ seasons of youth sports. Finished 3 half marathons. Played drums on 2 fully produced albums. Managed and developed teams.
