What drives me is the passion for connecting ideas and people around common vision. With an unconventional background, combining educational studies in Political science and Applied Communication / Human Resources, I found passion in embracing digital transformation in banking and telecommunication industries. My background helped me develop analytical skills, strategic vision and appreciate different perspectives: • I have a proven track record in digital, e-commerce and customer analytics as well as building and scaling up initiatives and businesses • I combine a strong intrapreneurial drive with lateral big-picture thinking. On the ground I am known for a relentless drive to bring focus on what really matters, and building empowered teams. • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into insights, create a common vision and execute on strategy and road mapping. • Resolving bottlenecks and prioritizing are some important elements of my work ethics. At the same time, I like new challenges which require identifying new solutions for business.
