I am a Swiss lawyer specialized in employment and sports law with 20 years relevant work experience. My main areas of expertise are sports law, employment and migration law, and intellectual property law. Employment Law: Nominated by Who's Who Legal 2021 and 2023 as a leading expert in employment law in Switzerland. I am a certified employment law specialist by the Swiss Bar Association ("Fachanwalt SAV Arbeitsrecht"), I have profound expertise in employment and migration law matters. In 2018 I received the renowned certification of the Swiss Bar Association as 'Employment Law Specialist'. I represent both employees and employers before all Swiss state courts, and provide legal advice with respect to their employment law queries. Successful negotiation of settlement agreements is also an important part of my job. I am a member of a group of employment law specialists of the Zurich Bar Association and I teach employment law at a number of academic institutions such as Kalaidos Law School, Swiss HR Academy and WEKA.
