In my career I’ve been all over the world, including eleven years working in six foreign countries. Being a part of a great team is my passion and I’ve been doing that for many years by providing high quality business and financial guidance to management, engineering and operations professionals. My skills are- Strong leadership, communications skills and interpersonal relationship building within multi-cultural and multi-discipline environments developed through years of experience leading and working in teams of oil & gas professionals in the USA and five foreign assignments (Scotland, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan and Egypt) plus joint venture work in Russia- Well organized project planning and execution both in financial areas of budgeting/control ($100mm+ organizations) and financial statement preparation, reporting, forecasting and modeling; acquisitions/divestments analysis coordination and in delivering special projects such as: governance & organization development; opening & closing offices and implementing new programs- Detailed knowledge of business processes including internal control procedures required to achieve operational success in upstream oil & gas activities based on first hand experience and proven success in multiple businesses from small to super major- Experienced in merger, acquisition and divestment processes including strategic analysis; preparing and delivering management presentations and determining valuations for four successful sell-side transactions plus providing integration and transition coordination as a result of various M&A responsibilities during the last 20 years of my career- Thirteen plus years of CFO experience working with private equity board of directors to manage and guide the financial operations of start-up technology companies.
