With a strong projects background and extensive experience in structuring complex mixed use projects often with third party stakeholder as joint venture partners she works collaboratively in delivering key objectives and managing risk. She has a breadth of experience across all legal facets of the property pipeline from structured acquisition, financing, joint venture construction/development, leasing and divestment. Rozanne has experience in capital investment beyond the freehold space also. Rozanne enjoys working in cross functional teams in delivering business objectives but also manages and invests in training, development and mentoring.
