About Ruby Thelander

Currently studying Christian Formation & Ministry at Wheaton College, I am deeply passionate about international missions and the global Church. My academic journey and hands-on experiences, including a recent mission trip to Lubango, Angola, have profoundly shaped my understanding of global ministry and strengthened my commitment to serving others. The vibrant Christian community at Wheaton College has been a source of inspiration and growth, igniting my enthusiasm for church ministry. As I prepare to enter full-time ministry work, I am eager to integrate my academic knowledge with practical experience to make a meaningful impact.I am particularly focused on opportunities within Church Ministry that involve global missions. Starting in the summer of 2025, I am actively seeking full-time positions where I can contribute to mission-driven initiatives, whether in administrative or collaborative roles. My goal is to foster genuine connections that bring people closer to Christ and to work with a church that aligns with my values.Outside of my studies and work at the Wheaton College Center for Vocation and Career, I enjoy playing sports and meeting friends for coffee. I am excited to explore full-time ministry opportunities in the Greater Cleveland Area beginning in May 2025 and am looking forward to what God has in store for this next chapter.Feel free to connect with me to discuss potential opportunities or simply to share insights on ministry and missions.
