About Rudolf Strom

Mr. Strom is a Senior Leader with Deloitte & Touche LLP with over 17 years of consulting experience. He holds a Top Secret security clearance and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who spends the majority of his time consulting with large federal clients. Mr. Strom has assisted these clients with a number of initiatives including business process improvements, policy and compliance reviews, remediation work, business process analysis, and financial management reviews. Additionally, Mr. Strom has led all aspects of multiple large Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) pursuits and task orders and has served as the program manager on multiple BPA contract vehicles and task orders. Mr. Strom is a proud graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he received his undergraduate degree in accounting as well as his M.B.A. Mr. Strom attributes much of his success to the great mentors and leaders who have helped him along the way and he is always looking to pay it forward. In line with this, outside of his client facing work, he has a passion for facilitating training and helping others to excel. Mr. Strom is a proven mentor and coach and is constantly learning from everyone he engages with. Outside of work he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends. You can catch him skiing in the mountains, at the nearest beach, or cheering on his favorite sports teams!
