I learned in my early days when I was a medical professional when it was vital to care about people and health related concerns about others. Understanding their needs in their most critical time and to give them what they needed or wanted to enhance and improve their lives and to make their living situation as comfortable as possible on a daily basis. And a LOT of this also applies to when you decide to dive in and help others create success for their own business. You help make the journey easier by being a positive solution. This philosophy for me still rings true today especially when you deal with people in marketing and you are working hard to build a successful business for yourself or your family. Helping people learn, educate and grow can make the difference between having a successful business or never getting off the ground. Knowing your strategy in business gives you a positive edge and distinguishes you from the competition and makes you more recognizable to your people. And doing business in such a manner, provides a crystal clear purpose as to why you are engaging with customers and how you are accomplishing this action. After many trails and errors when attempting to figure everything out, you quickly discover it NEVER happens overnight. I encountered many frustrations and pains in the beginning, but everyone that knows this realizes that this a big part of the growth process in your continuing journey of success to reach the status of being a game changing marketer and NOT a salesperson. So when going along your journey for success, keep it simple and follow a few simple rules to keep going, stay motivated and NEVER give up:) 1) Be disciplined 2) Know and understand how others relate to you 3) Be confident 4) Practice listening 5) Be response-able 6) Instill emotional intelligence 7) Lead with excellence Make these your life guidelines with people and in your business to create lasting success and lead your life with purpose the way you are supposed to:)* On a more personal note* My reason to my why is I lost my father to severe heart disease in 1985 when he was at the age of 62. What I learned from that day forward was life and health are not to be toyed with and taken for granted. I continue to give encouragement to others that life does not have to end at an early age. Everyone needs to take proper care of their health and give yourself the healthy maintenance you need for the rest of your life so you can live your life to the fullest to become a better version of you!
