I am a seasoned fundraiser with over a decade of experience raising money in higher education and nonprofit settings. My background includes leadership in fundraising, events, grant writing, targeted appeals, and relationship-building. I have experience developing and implementing communications strategies for multiple projects, with diverse audiences, including donors, board members, community leaders, alumni/ae, students, and program participants. I am committed to the work I do and enjoy helping people match their passion for justice with their practice of giving. I am a self-starter, highly organized, and a creative problem solver. Accomplishments include- Planning, implementing, and leading 5 fundraising galas. Net income ranged from - Secured major grant, and sustainability grant, to the Lilly Endowment totaling $1.2m- Initiated programming of the Pilgrimage for Truth and Justice to Montgomery and the Green Book Tour for City Mission- Led students, professors, board members, alumni/ae, and staff to participate in Moral Monday for Andover Newton- Raised over in response to the pandemic to provide financial assistance for food and essentials for Boston residents for City Mission.
