My background spans working in high-impact legal and social justice settings, where I’ve developed and implemented systems that enhance program performance, streamline processes, and improve outcomes for staff and stakeholders. In my most recent role at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, I developed a comprehensive system to evaluate and track the success of a groundbreaking juvenile restorative justice program. This involved managing the data of cases, and collaborating with a team of 20. I also partnered with researchers to conduct program evaluations, coordinated staff development initiatives, and played a key role in recruitment and hiring — evaluating over 400 candidates for my team. In addition to my program management expertise, I have a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting, with technical skills in Microsoft Suite, Tableau, R, Python, and Adobe Suite. I am experienced in auditing program performance and ensuring that operations are aligned with both short-term and long-term goals. My work has consistently focused on improving program processes to maximize impact, including designing training curricula and conducting audits that support budget justifications and program growth.
