I am very analytical, detail oriented, intuitive, and creative. I learn new technologies and processes very quickly. I have been involved in data/process analysis for over 20 years now and find it to be a reasonably good fit for my skills, education, experience, and personality. At Wells Fargo I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge about how to prevent financial crimes through phone, retail locations, and digital channels. I was able to put into practice investigative techniques to discover and remediate identity theft, kiting, floating, 409 scams, elder abuse, and more. Wells Fargo built into me a lasting foundation of ethics and data security hygiene that carries with me even a decade later. At Lowe's I have been responsible for streamlining internal processes, developing automation tools, ETL, data validation, data exploration, data insights, and otherwise poking and prodding data into submission upon request. I have learned a lot about the corporate world during the last 11+ years, surviving 3 major layoffs and massive organizational shifts. Through system builds and process improvement projects I have gained a deep understanding about a broad range of retail topics like product quality assurance, product development, private brands, product engineering, product safety and recalls, global sourcing, purchase order management, item and vendor onboarding, vendor relationships, vendor contracts, RTV policies, defective allowances, cost accounting, country of origin diversification, customs clearance, international logistics, and more.
