About Ryan Burnham

I am passionate about video production, emerging media, technology platforms, and service delivery. I began my own video production company in 2006 which led me to become a webcast producer at Stanford University. While working for Stanford Video at Stanford University, I served as the studio office administrator as well as the in-house webcast producer. I also assisted with live broadcast feeds for Professional and Collegiate Athletes, Heads of State, Dignitaries, and other distinguished University staff. In February, 2008 I moved over to eBay to continue serve as the Webcast Specialist for the Communications Department and to expand my experience into the field of broadcast email. While at eBay Inc, I oversaw the platforms and services for all of our live internal webcast events and targeted organizational emails. When PayPal separated from eBay in 2015, I was responsible for the cloning, deployment, staffing, and service delivery for our internal digital signage, live stream, video on demand, and broadcast email platforms for both eBay and the independent PayPal. Upon the completion of the two company separation, I joined PayPal, and have been managing internal video production, digital signage, live streaming, and video on demand platforms and services ever since. During the COVID Pandemic, I built a global team capable of delivering virtual live stream events 24/7 across any time zone in a follow-the-sun service delivery model. Coming out of the global lockdowns, I scaled our services to include hybrid in-person/virtual event production with a global network of video production, broadcast studio, and video conference system integration vendors. My role was recently expanded to include management of Workplace Technologies, Video Conferencing Deployments and Operations, and Executive Support teams.
