Previously as a consultant to American Express from 2018 to 2024, I served as part of the Vice-Presidential Leadership Team at American Express Global Commercial Services, leading a revitalization of the commercial product organization, working to optimize support of the engineering function. Examples of my contributions at AmEx include:> Devised and executed delivery plans for key strategic investments for AmEx's Commercial Digital Platforms.> Headed a major client platform migration while maintaining “green” project timelines despite 33% reduction in time to deliver.> Enabled the early delivery of a major compliance initiative and cut time to market 50%.> Advised the Vice President team on the development of transformation roadmaps and change management plans. Earlier, I served as a Transformation Lead Consultant for Nielsen and Director of Strategic Programs at Thuzi - where I managed two award-winning products/applications: Ringling Bros, winner of the Gold Award for Best Event App and Call of Duty XP 2016, winner of the Gold Award for Best Use of RFID/NFC/BLE.
