About Ryan Fuldauer

I am a licensed Middle Level Teacher excitedly looking for opportunities to open minds to the love of learning. I am currently in my third year substitute teaching at Orange School's Brady Middle School. During this time, I have had 3 long term substitute assignments, including my current assignment as an 8th grade science teacher for the 3rd and 4th quarter of the 2024-2025 school year. I am in my 10th year working with Orange Schools' recreation department, where I've led groups of students and campers from Kindergarten through rising 9th grade, and have been responsible for planning and implementing activities that engage our students throughout the year while ensuring a safe environment for all participants. I've been able to develop many skills necessary to make me an outstanding teacher during my time working at Orange including flexibility, problem solving, cooperation, positive interactions with students and parents, building trusting relationships with each student, and recognizing the individuality in each unique student and adapting my practices for each student or camper. I decided to pursue teaching after many years teaching our students important skills including responsibility, respect, and leadership among others and am excited to continue helping future students learn and grow into the best people they can be as they learn to maximize their future potential.
