Our global coaches partner with your employees and their families to provide one-on-one, customized support in the process of integrating into a new community, including providing spousal career coaching/ job search assistance. By partnering with your relocating families, we increase acceptance rates for relocations and help families integrate their lives quickly so that you have happy, effective, productive, and loyal employees. Programs include: • Spouse/ Partner Job Search Assistance: Career coaching, salary negotiation, interviewing, resume development, job leads, career continuation/ change, assessments, etc. • Integration Assistance: Step-by-step integration coaching during relocations with information on community programs/ activities, special needs, neighborhoods, schools, and more for families, singles, and singles with dependents. • Relocation Decision Assistance: Confidential 1:1 support to help families identify if taking the move is the right fit, which is proven to increase your acceptance rates and reduce failed relocations. • Repatriation: Retain global talent when they return home! • Group Move Assistance: Retain talent relocating an office or HQ. We can help you spend less time acquiring new talent by helping your current talent establish new lives in a new location.
