About Ryan Karcher

Graduate of Florida State University. Holds a B.S. in Political Science and History. I currently am a Regional Field Manager for the Leadership Institute, representing the states of Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. LI is a nationally recognized and known organization within the conservative movement. I directly oversee the activities and ventures of over 350 student groups in these respective states. I have helped plan and coordinate several medium and large events on campus. Before being promoted within LI, I served as a Senior Field Representative. With my region being Georgia and South Carolina. This position allowed me to venture into universities and colleges throughout the Palmetto and Peach States. I had the privilege of being able to share knowledge and work with conservative and libertarian student groups. Previously, during the 2023-24 school year, I was the Field Representative for South Carolina. I have had the great opportunity of beginning my political field work as a campaign intern for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ 2022 Governor campaign. While working with other interns and staff, we were able to set record amounts of pro-Republican votes in the state. While directly working in Leon County (a historically blue-leaning county) we were able to push back this margin, mobilizing many new voters to vote and support Governor DeSantis’ cause. With this opportunity I gained crucial political experience, as well as solidifying my love for politics and working in the field of campaigns. I have been given the great chance to work alongside Kathy C. George, Attorney at Law, who has given me a great experience and overall introduction to the field of Law, which garnered more love for the process of government and law. Also experienced in customer service as I was a member of the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach pool team from May 2019-March 2020, June 2021-August 2021, and May 2022-August 2022
