About Ryan Leal

During my work career I have been in multiple industries, trying different jobs to see what I wanted to do with myself. I started trying to be a fabricator right out of high school, but after a car accident I realized that I was not going to be able to do a physically demanding job my whole life with out plenty of health issues later on. Eventually I found my way to my current job with the California Conservation Corps were I do a little bit of everything at our facility from helping give out info about our program to potential recruits, helping others create Resumes and Cover Letters, interacting with others to help them figure out what the next step for them is after the decided to leave the program so we can make a plan for them to succeed. I also help our Administrative Officer with inventories of clothing and supplies, I will also help in the purchasing process by acquiring bids/quotes for items we are trying to purchase.
