About Ryan Parquette

I’m a pastor, communicator, and team builder passionate about walking with people in real life towards real faith in Jesus. I believe the local church is God’s plan for reaching the world, and I’ve committed my ministry to building healthy church cultures, developing leaders, and preaching the gospel with clarity and conviction. Currently, I serve as the Campus Pastor at Church @ The Springs, helping lead the central campus within a multisite model. I helped launch and lead a 10-person multisite teaching team in student ministry, and I work closely with worship, communications, and production teams to execute church-wide strategies and teaching series. I thrive in environments where discipleship, innovation, and pastoral care intersect. I value biblical clarity, humble accountability, servant-heartedness, and relational presence. Long-term, I’m pursuing deeper theological study and exploring opportunities to teach, write, and serve the church more broadly—whether through local leadership or as an adjunct in theological education.
