About Ryan Perry

Growing up in the Bible Belt in the suburbs of South Carolina and Georgia, I have always been surrounded by the ideas of Jesus, church, and Christianity as a whole. These experiences growing up have shaped me into a man that wants to pursue ministry and what God has planned for my life. As an alumna of the University of Georgia I have been able to learn and study what it is that grows a brand and helps shape it into something successful. I will use these studies later down the road to grow ministries and churches in a way that many people currently in ministry may not think about. A variety of internships, jobs, and volunteering has prepared me for this as well. From helping plan student camps, to working at a multimillion dollar non-profit that specializes in reaching the community of local churches, I am experienced with working with kids, students, college, and young adults in ministry. I am currently taking online courses through New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, in which I plan to use these courses to grow in my knowledge and understanding of the Bible, theology, and doctrine. This will prepare me for my future in Pastoral Ministry.
