I’m a Building Maintenance Supervisor with the City of Langley, where I oversee facility operations, safety, and maintenance for key municipal sites. With decades of experience in leadership, operations, and service-based businesses, I bring a hands-on, people-first approach to every role. Before joining the City, I spent nearly a decade building and scaling my own cleaning and property services companies. That entrepreneurial journey taught me how to lead teams, serve clients with excellence, and turn challenges into growth opportunities. I’m also the founder of Covenant Coaching, where I mentor small business owners, especially those navigating ADHD, Autism, or burnout. My coaching helps them gain clarity, systems, and profitability without sacrificing health, family, or faith. Health has become a cornerstone of my own story. After losing 60 lbs and reversing issues like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, snoring sleep apnea, prediabetes, and acid reflux, I became certified in nutrition coaching (Precision Nutrition). Now I’m exploring ways to help busy entrepreneurs and midlife men reclaim their energy and confidence through simple, sustainable nutrition strategies. At the heart of it all, I’m a husband, dad, and committed Christian. Whether managing city facilities, coaching entrepreneurs, or serving my community, I show up with honesty, integrity, and a covenant-level commitment to people.
