Background
About Ryan Swartout
I’m an experienced operations and warehouse leader with 3+ years managing full-scale product flow at Nabis, one of California’s leading cannabis distributors. I currently oversee all inbound, outbound, and quality assurance operations — coordinating the movement of millions of units annually while leading a team of 30–50 employees across multiple departments. My focus is on efficiency, consistency, and people — building strong teams that execute quickly, accurately, and safely. I’ve developed deep experience in logistics, packaging, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination, all within a fast-paced, regulated industry.I’m passionate about improving processes, coaching future leaders, and finding smarter ways to move product from warehouse to customer. I’m open to new opportunities in operations, logistics, or production — inside or outside cannabis — where I can lead teams, streamline systems, and deliver results. Willing to relocate for the right fit.
