I’m a multidimensional leader bridging aviation, art, and storytelling to uplift communities and reimagine what's possible. With nearly two decades at United Airlines, I serve as an Airport Operations Supervisor at SEA, leading frontline teams, advancing DEI initiatives, and mentoring the next wave of aviation professionals. I thrive in environments where precision and people intersect. Beyond the runway, I’m the Founder & Visionary Director of ReiRaz Craft LLC, a family-owned mixed media arts company specializing in STREAM workshops for youth. Our mission is to spark creativity, confidence, and career possibilities for underserved communities—especially Black and Brown youth. I’m also the lyricist behind Ascended Reality, a hip-hop group blending anime references, social commentary, and elevated wordplay. Our work spans stages, streaming platforms, and open mics, reflecting our belief in the power of art to shift minds. Recently, I joined the board of Seattle Black Nerd Fest, helping build a platform that celebrates Blerd culture while empowering future generations of creators. Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, leading a team, or rocking a mic, I’m driven by one mission: build community through purpose and passion.
