About Saba Akram

With over ten years of experience in various HR roles, I am currently the Manager-Strategic Recruitment Cell at the Office of the President - UMT, where I lead and oversee the talent acquisition and retention strategies for the university. I hold a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from UMT, and I have a strong background in industrial relations, HR policies, and organizational development.I am passionate about applying artificial intelligence and data analysis to enhance the recruitment process and the employee experience, and I have developed and implemented several innovative solutions in this area. I have also contributed to the HR research field by publishing and presenting multiple papers at international conferences. My core competencies include communication, conflict management, stress management, and team leadership. My mission is to build beautiful minds and empower the academic community through strategic HR practices.
