About Sabine Ramsay

I caught fire coaching. I always thought my dream was to be a CMO for a fortune 500 company sipping my coffee in an airport lounge and reading my next personal development book or planning my next scuba diving or ski trip. It seemed like an appropriate dream given my degree in Marketing. So I landed a few corporate jobs in global corporations. But I just felt that there must be more. I was fascinated by the different leadership styles that I was surrounded by, which ones worked and which ones did not and why. That's when it happened - it sparked my interest in leadership development and coaching. And that's when I came across Eckhart Tolle's book "Awakening to life's purpose" which literally fell in front of my feet. That's IT! Purpose-driven teams are the foundation of today's fast-changing world. That's how change can happen, that's where team members are empowered and trusted when the purpose is aligned and activated. And adapting to change is routine for me as I have lived in, worked in, or traveled to 48 countries on five continents. Okay - change of direction for me! I want to be an executive coach! That's how I can multiply my impact! I immediately signed up for my coaching course with Newfield Network and sat on a plane 2 weeks later for the in-person training. And the fire has been burning since! I help women leaders achieve breakthrough results, re-spark the passion for their work, whilst leading with authenticity and clarity. I empower them to focus on their individual strengths, break old habits, and uncover blind spots by peeling back the layers to find new paths to success.
