Also worked on drafting and filing of Miscellaneous Petition before ITAT & Writ petition before High Courts. Visited Europe for an international tax assignment and made presentations before the dignitaries of a European country Worked on Capital gains tax implications for a famous sports franchise Active participant of a Core Advisory Team for advisory services rendered to foreign clients. Independently handled numerous assignments on withholding tax implications on foreign remittances and giving opinions thereon.
