About Sahej Anand Khalsa

I’m often asked about my constant cheerfulness in the face of adversity. It’s simple - there is always something positive that comes out of any situation. All of the awesome things that have ever happened to me, my team, or my company can always be traced back to something that seemed to be terrible at the time. Maybe it gave us the impetus to work harder. Or smarter. Or listen to our client better. Whatever it was, there is never success without a little hardship. It’s commitment and follow through that turns coal into diamonds, and I’m here to bring some sparkle to everything I do.When creating teams, I love to bring diversity in. There is never only one way to see a problem or find a solution. I seek out those who have different experiences than me, will challenge me, and are smart. By collaborating with my team and valuing each one of them as individuals, we become greater than the sum of our parts. If you are looking for someone that can lead million dollar projects spanning concurrent releases communicating risk, health and progress to stakeholders along the way, then you need look no further.
