As a Team Manager – Mechanical Engineering at Australian butter factory, I combine my engineering knowledge with a strong focus on sustainability to drive operational excellence and reduce environmental impact. With a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a well-rounded, future-focused perspective to manufacturing. I'm passionate about implementing sustainable solutions that create value for both the business and the environment. My NABERS Essentials certification reflects my commitment to energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. In my current role, I lead a multi-functional team of engineers, production operators, and shift managers, collaborating closely with the quality and operations departments to embed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and boost production performance. I spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, including upgrading production lines and installing new systems to enhance plant efficiency and reliability. I’m always looking to expand my knowledge and explore innovative strategies to improve productivity, sustainability, and team performance in the manufacturing space.
