I am a recent MBA (International Business Administration) graduate from Birmingham City University, where I achieved a Merit and developed strong expertise in strategic management, entrepreneurship, and global operations. I am actively seeking Graduate roles in Management Consulting and Business Analysis. I became passionate about consulting during my time at Sigma Connected and JP Morgan, where I discovered the impact that analytical problem-solving and client-focused strategies can have on organisational success. Working on customer retention, fraud resolution, and service innovation sparked my drive to help businesses navigate challenges and unlock opportunities. Currently, I am working at Sigma Connected as an Energy Specialist, where I help drive customer satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights and tailored solutions. My earlier experiences at JP Morgan and Firstsource Solutions have further strengthened my technical, analytical, and client engagement skills—qualities essential for success in consulting.
