I am currently working as Lead HR for GSK India Pharma Business, catering to employees across India. I also had an additional responsibility to curate and deploy a Performance Management System that was aligned with the needs of the Organization.Before joining Myntra, I have an experience of working in Aviva as a Regional HR Business Partner (North) for 600+ employees in Sales & Distribution function across channels including Agency, Bancassurance and Direct Sales. I also have an experience in the Talent Acquisition space (leadership hiring) within Aviva itself. In addition to this, I have also worked with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited as an Operations Officer. I graduated from Delhi College of Engineering in 2011, having Mechanical Engineering as my major. After having a two-year stint at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, I decided to pursue my post graduation in the Human Resource domain from MDI Gurgaon.
