About Salwa Desvitha

In my current role, I support the HR team in various tasks, such as screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing contracts, and updating employee records. I also assist in developing the staffing process, from job analysis to job description, for the company. In my previous internships, I gained valuable experience in brand and communications at Telkomsel, the largest mobile network operator in Indonesia, and in HR recruitment during the merger process of Multi Nitrotama Kimia and BME Mining Service, two major players in the explosives industry. Through these internships, I have developed my skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. I am motivated by learning new things, contributing to the organizational goals, and enhancing the employee experience. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in social studies, a passion for newscasting, and a track record of winning competitions in this field.
