Hello, my name is Buseyne Sam, and I am 26 years old. I am currently working as an Upkot Coach at Upgrade Estate, where I am dedicated to creating an inspiring and supportive living environment for students. This role allows me to combine my passion for helping others with my organizational and creative skills. Outside of work and studies, I have a strong background in leadership and community building. I was a proud member of my local youth organization for 8 years, including 3 years as head leader, I developed valuable skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and event coordination. Additionally, I gained experience in the hospitality industry through a part-time role as a restaurant employee. During my studies, I actively contributed to my academic and residential communities by participating in the student council, curriculum committee, and fostering a positive environment at Upkot Jette, where I lived during my studies. I am passionate about growth—both personal and professional—and I am always eager to take on new challenges that allow me to connect with others and make a positive impact.
