About Sam Edlund

I am a structured, innovative, problem solver. I adapt to the project's unique requirements and the individuals involved, while identifying gaps and areas of assistance where I can facilitate support and create or adapt an agile tool. I have done this across many projects and associations. As a leader I focus a lot on independence and drive from the project members, something that I have worked a lot on when working with people that often are in the project or organisation voluntary. My work enables the group to be autonomous within the system, process of the projects organisation, encouraging independent thinking, while teaching and implementing tools relevant to the project and its success. In essence I am a person that is good at structuring and finding gaps within a system to coordinate deadline workload, and tasks to the right people. My passion lays in finishing projects while creating stable systems and independent groups. As a structured innovative problem solver, I am well suited to support and lead projects towards success within an agile framework.
