Jan 2023-Present Working within the Galliford Try Telecommunications division to deliver sites under the NTQ project, delivering quality builds nationwide wile also understanding the unique requirements of the NTQ project and its requirements to maintain network coverage but also legal deadlines for site removal. This relies heavily on working with all disciplines within the ADC business and the landlords of the site to provide a seamless transition for both the client and end customer. Feb 2021-Jan 23 London unwind and Metropolis Project Ericsson/Vodafone 5G with builds ranging from simple antenna tech add to full site rebuild including upgrading of steelwork and cab swaps, remedial building works and street works pole swaps and new installations. Managing these builds from being issued by the client to hand over, programming the builds in to adhere to the clients SLA while being mindful of the unique preparations required when working on inner city sites while also managing the build costs so that we maintain cost control. Organisation of 3rd party contractors including plant,traffic management, civils and scaffolders making sure that the required permits and lead times are in place with various local authorities. Liaising with the back of office teams to put the required outages in place site access application and Vodafone/Ericsson tech support creating of the required H&S documentation factoring in manual handling, drop zones and general engineer and public welfare. Working in close contact with the on the day support team and 3rd parties while the build is in play to make sure that the site being built as per plan and also being there to support inevitable discrepancies on site and work with the engineers and our design team to overcome these issues in a timely fashion so as to minimise disruption to the build. Finally once the build is complete the required handover information is collected and checked to make sure that the site is performing at the required levels and that the build quality is of a standard that the HOP documents can be completed and submitted to the client for checking and final payment. Having managed multiple projects across all major vendors I have developed a strong planning and delivery working mindset this supported by being a former PCN rigging team leader and having built sites on the beacon,mimo, apollo and cornerstone projects for EE Vodafone and O2 in the UK I have necessary experience to plan and oversee builds ensuring they are completed to a high quality standard wit a right first time delivery mindset.
