I’m an operations and people executive with an MBA, GAICD accreditation, and over a decade of experience scaling organisations where purpose and performance must work hand in hand.I’ve led national operations, corporate services, and workforce strategies across social enterprise, not-for-profit, and commercial sectors, from growing Australian Spatial Analytics from one office to 140+ staff across four states, to strengthening corporate services foundations that enable First Nations-led ventures to scale with confidence.Right now, I consult to purpose-driven organisations on how to align people, systems, and strategy for growth.
