I have been a QA Lead at IRIS Business Services Limited since April 2023, where I oversee the testing of software products and services for regulatory compliance and data analytics. I have over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in automation testing, performance testing, API testing, and agile methodology. I am proficient in using various open source and CI tools, such as Apache Jmeter, Selenium-Webdriver, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman, Karate DSL, and Jenkins, to design and execute test cases, test plans, test scripts, and test results analysis. I hold certifications in ISTQB (FL and advance level Test manager), CSM, and PRINCE2, which demonstrate my knowledge and skills in software quality assurance and project management. I am passionate about delivering quality software solutions that meet the regulatory and business requirements of our clients, enhancing the user experience and satisfaction, and collaborating with other stakeholders in the software development life cycle. I also enjoy mentoring and training other members of my team and learning new technologies and systems to improve the testing processes and outcomes.
