I am currently working as Practice Head-Operational Excellence at Samvardhana Motherson Health Solution Limited, a healthcare company that provides innovative technological solutions for Pharmaceutical and Others health companies. I am currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration from Deakin University.I have completed Post Graduate Program in Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, a PG Diploma in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, and an Engineering Degree from Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering & Technology, Bathinda. I also have certifications in Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Excellence Master Black Belt and Lean Practitioner. With over 24 years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Engineering, and Brownfield Plant Transformations, I have specialized skills in building high performance teams, shop floor control system, assembly lines/cells setup, plant layout modelling using Lean-3P, production ramp up, process planning, low cost automation, quality at source using "3 Nai", value stream analysis and transformation, supervisor and operator training and development, daily work management, budget planning, LOH productivity projects, brownfield plant transformation, capacity release/de-bottlenecking, capital equipment procurement, behavior based safety, ergonomic risk assessment and CAPA, process control documentation, A3 and 8D problem solving, kaizen, suggestion and Quality Circle deployment, and developing master trainer for lean tools. I have also successfully completed Plant cultural transformation projects at three different sites of one of India's largest pharmaceutical company.
