Strategic and results-driven finance leader with a proven record of transforming growth-stage companies into profitable international businesses. Currently serving as VP Finance (CFO scope) at Oddlygood, I am a core member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing both Finance and IT. I have led Oddlygood’s financial journey from a domestic €20M challenger into an €80M+ international group — growing organically and through acquisitions while significantly improving profitability. During this high-growth period, I built a 10-person finance function, established scalable processes, and successfully drove ERP and IT implementations from business case to execution. Oddlygood, a subsidiary of Valio (€2.3B revenue), operates with high independence yet under strict governance requirements from Valio as majority owner and Mandatum Private Equity as minority owner. This dual ownership combines corporate governance discipline with PE-level value creation focus. I work closely with Valio’s CFO on strategic matters such as financing, FX risk management, and transfer pricing strategy — ensuring compliance and alignment at group level while delivering agility at company level. Key highlights of my leadership impact: • Scaled Oddlygood from €20M to €80M+ revenue with improved profitability • Secured growth funding and supported investor processes, including finance and tax DD with Mandatum Private Equity • Built a high-performing 10-person finance team and established global processes • Drove two M&A transactions, covering tax structuring, due diligence, and integration • Founded five international subsidiaries with full compliance and operational setup • Implemented NetSuite ERP and led IT strategy execution • Developed a performance management model that enhanced accountability and business visibility I combine strategic financial leadership with commercial acumen and hands-on execution.
