Samia Khalid is a highly accomplished Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Lifestyle Medicine Expert with expertise in Psychometrics and diverse Psychotherapies. Starting her journey from a government school, her dedication and passion for psychology led her to achieve remarkable milestones. She completed her MSc in Psychology, securing 2nd position, and began her career as a lecturer in a postgraduate college. Due to her exceptional skills, she was later promoted to Principal. With her family's unwavering support and her husband’s encouragement, she pursued advanced studies, earning an ADCP and an MS in Clinical Psychology, securing the 1st position and a Gold Medal. Samia is currently associated with Riphah International University, Lahore, as a Senior Lecturer and In-Charge of the Postgraduate Program, where she mentors aspiring psychologists. As a PhD Scholar in Organizational and Health Psychology, she continues to advance in her field, alongside holding an International Certification in Lifestyle Medicine (US). An active public speaker, she shares her insights on YouTube, TV channels, and in conferences. She also serves in executive roles in prestigious organizations such as the Pakistan Association of Lifestyle Medicine (PALM) and the Pakistan Association of Clinical Psychologists (PACP). Samia practices at Anjum Poly Clinic, Wapda Town, Lahore, offering in-person sessions, and provides online consultations to clients nationally and internationally. Her journey reflects her resilience, hard work, and the transformative power of education, which she attributes to Allah's blessings.
